We are holding our first NoGi Submission only interclub competition on November 12th

The interclub will be held at our Gracie Barra Street Academy on Saturday November 12th at 10am and promises to be an awesome event!

It is open to all clubs, all affiliations. Competitors must be 16 years or over.

3 Categories:
Beginners: White Belt
Intermediate: Blue Belt
Advanced: Purple Belt and above
Adcc rule set for advanced
No heel hooks or spine locks for blue and below

2 weight divisions: up to 80kg & over 80kg

All subject to review depending on entries.
Separate female cat will be subject to numbers.

Entry fee is £10
