Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu
A grappling martial art without striking, Jiu Jitsu was developed in Brazil throughout the 20th century before exploding in popularity after it was showcased in the first “Ultimate Fighting Championship” where it was shown to be an incredibly effective means of self-defence which could overcome far bigger and stronger opponents.
Since its exposure on the world-stage Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has grown rapidly and continues to do so, owing to a potent mix of the Art’s effectiveness, the community which Jiu Jitsu breeds and the ability for people of all ages to practice the sport in a safe and welcoming environment.
We teach Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, using the GB curriculum as found in over 800 academies across 6 continents worldwide. We run classes for kids from the ages of 3 upwards, and adults at all levels of ability and fitness.
The effectiveness of the Gracie Barra programmes has led to Gracie Barra becoming the largest and most successful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team in the world.

A classic combat sport on its own, but also an excellent addition for any Mixed Martial Arts practitioner. Enriched with history and tradition, boxing attracts the biggest following of any combat sport.
Our boxing training teaches how to throw punches with power and efficiency while mastering footwork and movement. Our classes provide an excellent workout; developing strength, endurance alongside learning the skills of this popular combat sport.
Muay Thai (Thai Boxing)
“The art of eight limbs”
Developed in Thailand and popularised by Western fighters in the last 30 years, Muay Thai (or Thai Boxing) is a striking martial art which uses punches, elbows, kicks and knees (hence its nickname) to defeat an opponent.
Although powerful in competition, Muay Thai training is also an excellent workout which improves mobility, flexibility and general fitness in a friendly and united environment.
